Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Stripe's billing portal in one click. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
How do I get paid by vendors?
You can use your own Stripe account — funds go directly to you — or apply for Zinifly Payments (CardPointe) to have Zinifly handle processing. Either way, vendors pay on the application form.
Is there a transaction fee?
Zinifly Lite doesn't take a platform cut of vendor payments or ticket sales. You keep what you collect (minus your gateway's standard processing fees — e.g. Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢).
Can I password-protect my events?
Yes. Any event can be locked behind a password. Only visitors with the link and password can view it.
Do vendors need to create an account?
A lightweight one — just an email and password — so they can check the status of their application and see the events they've applied to.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every Zinifly Lite account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to sign up. After day 7, subscribe for $99/month to keep your portal active. Cancel any time.
What about ticketing fees?
Ticket sales use the same payment gateway as vendor applications, so there's no separate ticketing fee layer — just your gateway's processing fees.
